Make sure anyone speaking on your organization’s behalf has the tools they need to perform at their best. Get them the coaching and support needed so that every team member performs at their best in carrying your organization’s message to others.

4.) The right content is only half the battle
Devote the time needed to ORAL delivery practice. Get your group or team in the same room at the same time to deliver the content in front of each other. Your team has to help each other deliver in a way that will resonate with your target audience. Invest the time needed to help them help each other get this right.
